Sharon:  I haven't had the surgery yet, and cannot offer anything else that you
both no doubt know.  I did, however, wish to welcome you to the List;  you will
find a continual exchange of information here, and I'm certain someone with more
experience and knowledge than I will respond more informatively.  Again, welcome
