Like you, Murray, I have practically no sense of smell, EXCEPT, when I am getting a migraine . That has always been part of the aura - light becomes too bright, sounds become toO loud, everything feels too tight - and smells become too strong - and that still persists. Even though at normal times i do not smell anything, pleasant or unpleasant, when i am premigraine, normal ordnary smells that i could not detect become too strong. Hilary Blue.
