Barb: The idea you had was wonderful. The airline is to call me back on Wednesday and I will suggest it to them for you. I learned that just telling the person behind the counter that I needed a wheelchair was not enough. That I was handicapped and used a cane was not enough. And telling the persons on the planes was not enough. gina
