Hello Jennifer,
I am fresh from using the instruction, so here's how I did it
1/ I addressed the e-mail to
"L-Soft list server at UofT (1.8d)" <[log in to unmask]>
2/ Leave the 'Subject' line blank and ignore any prompt which tells you
otherwise.
3/ In the body of the e-mail enter the simple line
SET PARKINSN NOMAIL
4/ If you have an automatically-generated 'signature' you must rub it out.
The only message must be the one in item 3.
