Yes Ken, please do. Nita I too, could tell you some really ugly tales about the airline service now. to do you a favor, I won't. there was a time when the food was good and the service on time. I think ( but do not know) that the airlines are losing money , and I surely don't know why, I don't fly any more unless there is no choice and will not. I used to fly a plane (small one ) myself and thought it great fun, so it is not fear keeping me out of the airplanes. For what ever reason many people connected with this industry are rude.
