So sorry you thought my adventure was a joke. Not to me. I am recovering from it and have learned a few valuable lessons. I truly apologize for a misunderstanding-- no, I did NOT think your travel was a joke. It was a complete misunderstanding. I read your message yesterday and thought I had responded yesterday saying you should get good compensation from the airline involved and I hoped you would not let this discourage you from travelling. My message this morning pertained to some msgs that were sent in reply to yours. I know airports can be intimidating, crowded, and sometimes unfriendly but we have found it to be mostly otherwise.
