So sorry you thought my adventure was a joke.  Not to me.  I am recovering
from it and have learned a few valuable lessons.

I truly apologize for a misunderstanding-- no, I did NOT think your travel
was a joke.  It  was a complete misunderstanding.  I read your message
yesterday and thought I had responded yesterday saying you should get good
compensation from the airline involved and I hoped you would not let this
discourage you from travelling.

My message this morning pertained to some msgs that were sent in reply to
yours.  I know airports can be intimidating, crowded, and sometimes
unfriendly but we have found it to be mostly otherwise.

Again, I'm sorry you thought my response was to your msg about your very
unfortunate experiences.
