Helen, I start every day in a good mood, glad to be alive, etc. I agree that
attitude is very important, and I never take out my displeasure on people who
are not the CAUSE of the problem, as they are usually employees following
rules of their employers. But staying in a good mood when a whole system is
deficient, is not easy! If 10 percent of the airports are run properly, why
can't the other 90% learn from their success?  Travel should be fun, or at
least not unpleasureable. I hope you continue to have good experiences with
flying and airports. AS for the HMO's I was softening my opinion, and now one
of the "big ones" is cancelling 40,000 private policies in Florida, as they
are not profitable enough. We have a relative who is VERY ill and can't see
an HMO doctor until mid-July, and can't afford to go outside the system.... I
think these are two black eyes for the HMO supporters.
