The results are published in the June issue of Neurology. Dr. A. Elbaz of Hopital de la Salpetriere in Paris, France, and colleagues there and elsewhere, reporting on behalf of the EUROPARKINSON Study Group, explain that previous studies of familial aggregation of PD have been hospital- or clinic- based, and may have been subject to selection bias.
