1. he sounds badly undermedicated in levodopa

2. parkinson's affects all muscles

3. an illness can aggravate pd symptoms temporarily

4. other medications can interfere with levodopa

5. pd does not generally change rapidly

6. please make sure that his regular pd doctor is involved
