Thank you to you all for your thoughtful and practical responses to my question re adjusting meds while travelling. For various reasons, the trip to Rome is under reivew. However my parents are going to Toronto next week (3 hours time difference) and will apply your guidelines to this shorter trip. You people are wonderful.
