Bruce, the two best things my family and friends have done for me in the bathroom has been to install a hand held shower head and a shower chair. the shower head insures that I get clean everywhere and the chair allows me to stay in the shower long enough to do the whole job. Also, since I sit to shower, I have less chance of falling (been there and done that and don't want to do it again). I, too, am sorry for your pain and wish you a swift recovery.
