Claire: On my Netscape system, I selected Edit from the tool-bar selections (File, Edit, View, ect); it wasn't a direct function of Messanger. Once you select Edit, you should see 'message filters' at the bottom.. In following Charlies instructions, I had to first go into the File pull-down menu to create a New Folder. In other words, I couldn't create a new folder once I was in the Filter Program, the way Charlie suggested. Hope this didn't muddy the waters.
