My neuro gave me mirapex for restless legs last spring and it cleared up
the problem in about 3 nights.  Of course, 2 years ago when I was suffering
mightily from restless legs syndrome (the first time), my then-neuro gave
me premax and that too cleared it up for a while.  Maybe it is only the
newness that does the work, not the meds (LOL).

Seriously, I have found that taking the mirapex atf  bedtime has been very
helpful in this arena.
