TAASMAR - I have been taking the drug, 200 mg 3x/day, for a year now, and have had no liver problems. I get tested monthly for liver function and have been normal so far. As long as your wife gets closely monitored, i.e. monthly blood tests, then there is a clear choice, the Tasmar. I, for one, do not like the idea of some guy drilling a hole in my head. As a last resort, I would go for the brain surgery, but for me, the choice your wife faces is a no-brainer. Good luck. Harlan
