Good morning. I take 3 Sinemet CR , 3.5 Permax 100mg. , 1 Tolcopone 100mg, plus 2 Zersone 200mg , and 1 Immovane for sleeping. Are you on an agonist? My understanding is that the agonist, in my case the Permax opens up receptor # 2 in the brain. There are some 8 or 9 receptors (I think) #2 receptor allows the Sinemet to flow more easily into the brain. Otherwise your sinemet is blocked with nowhere to go. I am on a list in Toronto to have the DBS done in the next year.. Your comments Paul Graham
