I would just like to add that even at a deeper level of causality than
lifestyles
is genetic predisposition (for some), and we'll  not look any deeper than that.
"Luck" may be a factor.
"Our response", is all we have now, and for the future...so stay positive and
fight.

"Why me" is looking to the past.
 Not much we can do about that.
It would be nice if there was  a good explanation.
