Helen, Since there's quite a bit of newcomers to the list, do you know if there is a way to post this sheet to the list? That might be quicker & simpler for some than even calling the 800# If I had one, I'd scan & e-mail it myself, but I probably gave it to mom & dad already if it was on the list before.
