"Wise"  I find if I keep pushing when I'm tired, I hit "negative returns"
both physically and emotionally that go beyond normal dosing problems.
Pacing oneself is most critical with this ailment.  For a long time I just
rested when my tinman joints froze, but resting for fatigue  (like normal
person) makes me a happier camper in the long run of a day.
