Not a silly question at all Maryse.  In my experience OD'ing on an agonist
(in my case Permax) leads to painful contractions of the facial muscles.
This gives the impression that you are snarling (or grinning wolfishly if
you prefer).

It has also been my experience that dyskinesia can be reduced by lowering
the amount of agonist being taken.   My speculation is that the presence of
the agonist reduces the amount of levodopa required.
