Hi. Is there any printed material regarding Dr. Birkmayer's combinations of sinemet and the other agonists (including amantadine) that I can look up. My mother has fairly advanced PD (diag 13 years ago) and her off periods are quite incapacitating. Plus, lately (last 6 months), the disease has started to accelerate in terms of symptoms etc. Thanks in advance.
