Jeanette, Everybody's different! I've been taking Permax for three months-up to 6 a day. But I also am taking Sinemet CR for the last 5 years. I tried Mirapex and it didn't help, does anything? I also take Zoloft & HRT. I feel agitated & hyper before I start taking pills in the morning. Permax??? OK I guess. Patricia 62/5years
