Hi Hilary-so sorry to hear of your latest battle. I
would definitely go the lawyer route-one who
specializes in disability issues. People get ever so
much more polite when you have a smart lawyer in your
corner. Sometimes lawyers will advise you over the
phone re: the merits of your case.(I know one did for
my husband.)Do not despair. With all the resourceful
and informed people on this List, I know you'll find
some help.
