The neuros advice is IMO a good advice. Permax or Sinemet: - the long term side effects are well known (dyskinesia). - recent study found that dyskinesia is more frequent in women than in man. - as far as is known now long term Permax use gives no dyskinesia. - a certain level of dose Permax can stay longer at the same level, but an comparible dose of Sinemet with the same effects needs to be raised faster to maintain those effects.
