I have wondered the same as you commented in #2....will long term use of
Permax or other agonists prove to have long term side effects also?  At
this point, I can either trust my neuro who is a movement disorder
specialist or I can call him back or insist when I return in Aug that I
don't feel the PERMAX is working and that I want to take SINEMET.  That
option is still available to me.

Appreciate your comments and those of other list members re:PERMAX and
Sinemet use.
