Ken, Unfortunately- at least in this case- you are not God and even though I agree with your rule two neurological diseases can coexist. Darn it !! However technically speaking if a pwp does develop a Alzheimer's-like degenerative brain disease it is usually called Parkinson's dementia. Big deal!! It leads to the same clinical picture.
