I agree. The substantive information is extremely useful, for example, to provide discussion material for my next appointment with the PD specialist. Has this useful list considered having two lists: one for substantive medical reports and the other, which many people find extremely useful, a list for perhaps equally important personal reflections, reports, musings, jokes, back slappings, PIGS and so forth.
