Hillary, I contacted Tom Davis' Vir office this afternoon, and they said you need to call back tomorrow morning at 9:00am and speak with Amy Whintenton who will help you. They assured me they will do everything in their power to fix this ASAP, but if you need some more phone calls, please let me know. They did ask me for you phone number and address as well, but all I had was your name and email address. Hopefully something positive will happen soon bob
