I was waiting for an M.D. to answer this , but they have more sense ,
because who can practice medicine on e-mail. I live in Houston and to
say the least it is humid. If  I do (or did) enough work to sweat a lot
the sweat glands conserve salt ( honest) this go on for a long time ,
unless you stop working up a sweat for a while, then you have to do it
over again. Nita
