HILARY, I believe, deep down in my heart, that there must be some law in VA or in the U.S. that will help you. However, we must find that law. If anyone out there knows of any good legal databases on the web where I can research VA law or U.S. Law regarding welfare/SSI/otehr types of benefits, please let me know.
