MEDIUM-PRICED HOTELS NEAR PARKINSON'S UNITY WALK YMCA: 5 West 63rd St., (212) 875-4100 Shared bath, $68 single, $80 double Private bath, $95 single, $110 double Book as soon as possible. Must leave one night's deposit by check or money order; they'll send confirmation letter. Belleclaire Hotel: 250 West 77th St., (212) 362-7700 Special rate of $119 for up to 4 in a room. Must book at least one month in advance and give credit card number. Beacon Hotel: 2130 Broadway (76th St.), (212) 787-1100 $145 for 2 double beds or 1 king size, plus mini kitchen. (occupancy by 2 people only) Olcott Hotel: 27 West 72nd St., (212) 877-4200 Single, $110; double, $120. Must book at least one month in advance and leave a deposit by check only.
