I guess I look at the "lefty" problem in a slightly different way. There are some things left handed people can do better than right handed people and vice versa. I have always liked the approach of standardization and let everybody adapt. All three of my sons play stringed instruments (Cello, Violin, Viola). Number two son is left handed and he adapted (his brothers say right handers have a harder time with strings). Just a brag, my oldest (the Cellist, a music teacher now) recently had the once in a lifetime experience of playing in Carnegie Hall. Ever notice there is no such thing as a left handed string instrument, even in guitars and banjos. Come to think of it, I've never seen a left handed piano either. Let's don't even think about left and right handed computers! Now left handed monkey wrenches are OK! (BTW, there really is such a thing!) > Interesting article for List lefties re: left-handed > computing: > http://www.zdnet.com/pcmag/issues/1704/277610.htm > Carole H. > > > > _________________________________________________________ > Do You Yahoo!? > Get your free @yahoo.com address at http://mail.yahoo.com >
