Carole...

Previous to having PD I wasn't a terribly regimented person. As
the PD became a consistent problem in one way or another, I ended
up doing speech/vocal exercises, PD-problem eye exercises,
shoulder exercises for the torn rotator cuffs (both mine are
involved) and general-\type exercises (walking for exercise) and
NOW it's suggested I do writing exercises?

I *HATE* doing these exercises! Does it *EVER* STOP? <sigh>

FYI... While the voice/vocal and the eye exercises haven't really
worked, the exercise for the torn rotator cuffs, which caused me
great pain daily for five years HAS been helped and helped WELL!
(I DO hafta baby my shoulders tho, and to avoid repetitive
shoulder movements like the PLAGUE or I'd end up back at square
one.
