Hi, I sympathise. I get them 2-3 times a yr. Murray's tips are good but when the bout is there, the only good thing is REST. Move as little as possible. Since I am John's only cg, I have to move so I take a few painkillers, they dull the pain a little. And I cry out when it is too bad. ice or heat relaxes the muscle spasms. Hope yours does not get too bad Maryse Clare Wilson a écrit: > Hello out there...anyone who can help me with sciatica > > Had my initiation during Apr/May/June, treated by three epidural > injections of cortisone.
