FWIW, a few days ago, I did a quick search about estrogen and PD because
my mother (PWP, age 81) takes estrogen replacement to help prevent bone
loss. I found a few abstracts that caused me to write this note to
myself:
Estrogen appears to interfere with dopamine neurons but
studies conflict about which way it affects them.
Maybe there are other studies out there that I didn't find.
