Jacqueline; Be thankful your husband did not undergo any unnecessary surgeries as I did. (Ulnear Translocation) It took me six years form onset to proper diagnosis. Regarding the lack of Sinemet effectiveness, been there too! The addition of Mirapex and especially Tasmar has allowed me to continue to work. Your hubby is a avid outdoorsman/ hunter?
