In response to an earlier post here is some addl. info. There is a "juice" available which is specifically formulated to clean out the nose. It is called ALKALOL. Yes, the spelling is correct (it is not alkohol). It is often available behind the Pharmacy counter so you have to ask for it. It is cheap, which is unusual, about $3.00. It has a a pleasant eucalyptus odor and works very well. There is also a Nose irrigator available which is also typically had by asking the pharmacist. K-F Etzold cg Carline
