Just be careful that the OTC drug you are taking is an
antihistamine, like Benadryl (diphenhydramine) or
Chlortrimetron, and NOT an antihistamine-decogestant
product that contains ephedrine or pseudoephedrine,
which can cause a rapid heart rate:
