Address: 2112 Santa Barbara St., Santa Barbara, California Phone: 800-340-1099.There is a possible Michigan connection as there is a neuropsychologist with them who is supposed to be Chief of Clinical Services at Spectrum Rehab, which is near Detroit. But his name is Dr.Bradley Seward, so it may be a dead end. Perhaps Hans or one of the others will have better luck.
