My ENT Doctor told me to use the following:
2 rounded tsp. pickling salt (not table salt)
1 rounded tsp. baking soda
Put in glass quart jar. Fill with sater and mix. Pour some out in a
container and use a baby syringe (like you clean out a baby's nose), Flush
each nostril 2-3 times several times daily.
This works really well for me.
