Hi Joan,

     I do have a balance problem, but am new at pd only two years. The Tia
Chi is very slow and not quick so you are able to think about your balance.
You can give it a try and see if it works for you. How long have you had pd?
I did have some problem with it but got better as I practiced.  I go
backwards sometimes also and sidewise. It can be adapted for you, so you can
have both feet on the flood at all times I think. I hope this helps you.
