Bonnie -- You did not offend me. I am just extremely tired today. I don't know why you are seeing criss-cross lines in the background. My background is a light gray color. I just switched to white. Does that look any different? Someone else just wrote and said that it was gray and looked fine to them. Then someone else said that it had Mime (???) in the background but they didn't understand why. If anyone has anything to tell me to help the situation I will be happy to adjust my computer. I don't know why it appears different to different people. I have had no problems to date???
