People are beginning to send attachments with their messages again. These are not acceptable on Lists, can transmit viruses, and are difficult to read for those of us who use standard mailers. Microsoft Outlook or Outlook Express are the usual culprits, as the defaults on those programs are set to send HTML, and this appears to many of us as attachments.
