Cynthia - Lipitor is not a PD med, but rather for lowering overall
cholesterol, LDL, triglycerides and for raising that good cholesterol,
HDL. I have taken chol.-lowering medication for over 10 years with no
results. My chol. has remained hovering aroundd the 300 level. With
Lipitor, it dropped more than 100 points in a month, and the other
numbers improved too.

For me, a wonder drug, although I care very little about my chol level
(much more concerned with PD). But since my husband cares and worries, I
work on it with diet and now this pill.
