Efexor is an antidepressant and bears no relation to PD, but if used for that purpose, it should be checked vs the list of those compatible with PD. Levo-dopa is the gold standard for PD therapy, and all the other medications, usually those classified as agonists (mimicking L-Dopa) are compared to it. Good luck Michel Margosis
