One further clarification and useless bit of trivia. I forgot to mention
that even the every 400 years correction doesn't quite keep us accurate. If
the year is divisible by 4000, then it will not be a leap year even thought
it is divisible by 4 and 400. We don't really need to worry about that! Do I
have too much time on my hands?
