from what i've read:

dementia tends to develop in approximately 30%
of all people with parkinson's

it is a permanent and progressive symptom of the disease

dementia and cognitive impairment mean loss of touch with reality

med-induced psychosis is a temporary side effect
related to med intake
and is reversible
