Dimethylamine passes through the skin. It meets melanin and inhibits it by
using it to form an indole (Ethoxyquin). This indole crosslinks with
methylglycoxal. You will find this crosslinking in Parkinsons, Diabetes II,
and Psoriasis. It then binds with a multidrug resistant P glycoprotein that
carries it across the blood brain barrier. It binds with metallic ions, so
it binds with the iron in the substantia nigra increasing the diiron
complex AAT that is high in Parkinsons and causing hydroxy radicals as a
biproduct of melanin production. Rieske complex, the iron complex of
Complex I or NADH-CoQ10 in mitochondrial respiration is effected.

It binds with the P-glycoprotein that triggers a MAP cascade and the
formation of MAP1 and MAP2 that are part of Lewy Bodies. The
P Glycoprotein also activates RAS. RAS causes cells to proliferate over and
over in cancer. It is involved in Lewy Body formation.

P-glycoprotein also binds with phosphatidylcholine and
phosphatidylethanolamine. Choline is the primary component of acetylcholine
that makes you tremor. It functions with inositol which binds with the D2
dopamine receptors through phosphoinositide hydrolysis.

Dimethylamine binds with trentoin, 13-cis-retinoic acid, that causes
craniofacial birth defects, like Parkinsonian blue-yellow colorblindness
and olfactory dysfunction, and 13-cis-retinoic acid binds with Bcr or
breakpoint clusters that govern the environmental cause of the genetic
illness Chronic myelogenous leukemia.

Dimethylamine inhibits Retinoid X and Retinoid X mutant mice have
Parkinsons locomotion. It is in the anti-knock additive of jet fuel and
airline stewardesses in Alaska, Canada, and Australia have suits against
the airlines for getting Parkinsons disease.

Amantadine is from a fungus, it is an antiviral against the influenza virus
whose immunodominant peptide is 155kD.
SHIP 2 , a 155kD phosphatidylinositol, 3,4,5-triphosphate is associated
with the breakpoint cluster of Chronic myelogenous leukemia.
Wortmannin is an antifungal that inhibits phosphatidylinositol
3,4,5-triphosphate that is involved in Parkinsonian phosphoinositide
hydrolysis.

Chloroquine is 155kD to 170kD. Ethoxyquin (Trimethylquinoline) would
increase isoquinone (IQ) MAO is concentrated in the dopaminergic neuronal
mitochondria and catalyzes NMTIQ to NMIQ+ in the substantia nigra.
Benzyltetrahydroisoquinolines are linked to Parkinsons, actually,
progressive supranuclear palsy.

The Bacillus Thuringiensis Cry1A delta-endotoxin aminopeptidase 170kD is
used to kill mosquitoes. The endotoxin has a cross-linking determinant
typical of a cleaved glycosyl-phosphatidylinositol anchor. I think it
caused encephalitis Parkinsons.
