Nita, maybe you could get Web TV in San Miguel? They are advertising something called "Dish Player" in our area that includes an 18 inch satellite dish, and a DVD player and Web TV for one service charge a month. I have no idea if it is available in Mexico. Is there a college or University where you will be living? They may give you access to the net? You might have to take a course or two to qualify. Both my kids took advantage of the FSU access. Ken B
