Thanks for the information, Lorraine. It certainly makes sense that Bill Gates himself would not be directly involved, for so many reasons. I wonder if any of the Parkinson organizations have already applied to the foundation for consideration? Does anyone reading this know? I will see what I can find on the Internet on this subject.
