I thought there might possibly be some interest in this job announcement . -- Graham POSITION ANNOUNCEMENT ASSOCIATE PROFESSOR OF PROFESSIONAL WRITING PURDUE UNIVERSITY Description: Tenure-track beginning associate professor to teach professional writing and rhetoric/composition at graduate and undergraduate levels. Starting date of August 14, 2000. Qualifications: Ph.D. in rhetoric, technical communication, or related area required. Significant publications and teaching experience in workplace writing, rhetorical theory, and/or electronic writing. Commitment to teaching at both the undergraduate and graduate levels and to scholarly research essential. Interest in working with Ph.D. students and in sharing program administration. Two-course teaching load per semester. Application Process: Review of complete application files will begin November 1, 1999 and continue until position is filled.
